CTBI Senior Representatives Forum 2010
Call to be One Church - the Next Stage in the Journey

Once a year the member churches of Churches Together in Britain and Ireland gather for the Senior Representatives Forum. This is an opportunity to reflect together on the ecumenism across the four nations over the last year and to look ahead at the opportunities for future.

The 2010 Senior Representatives Forum took place in Manchester (12-13 May) and focused on the next stage on our journey towards full visible unity.

Presentations

The main presentations were given by Monsignor Mark Langham of the Pontifical Council for Christian Unity and the Revd Canon Dr John Gibaut, Director of the Faith and Order Commission of the World Council of Churches. The text of their presentations can be downloaded here:

These were followed by an interactive session with Dame Mary Tanner, the European President of the World Council of Churches and former Moderator of the Faith and Order Commission.
