Churches Together in Britain and Ireland works with each of the National Ecumenical Instruments on inter faith related matters.

In Scotland, CTBI not only works with ACTS (Action for Churches Together in Scotland) but particularly through the Churches Agency for Inter Faith Relations (CAIRS) in Scotland which is very involved in a range of inter faith activity. CAIRS link to external website

Churches Together in England, through its inter faith officer, offers a range of resources to help support and resource local inter faith work. Its 2007 publication Inter Faith Contact is available for download link to external website.

Although Ireland and Wales do not currently have designated inter faith officers working on behalf of the churches, there is a wide range of activity, both at local and national level, that promotes better relations between people of different faiths.
